Who We Are
Point Forward Physical Therapy is a unique physical therapy
clinic in that it provides services within the Adventure 212
facility. This fitness facility contains state of the art equipment
as well as a warm water pool, allowing us to care for patients in
an environment which is unparallelled in the Stevens Point area.
Our physical therapists are highly trained in treating the whole
person utilizing research based physical therapy services. We
prioritize staying up to date on the most recent research that will
help our patients see the quickest recovery. We then bring this
knowledge into the clinic and through treatment and education
we help our patients get back to those activities they most enjoy.
We accept ALL insurance plans. Currently private pay sessions
are available. While we accept all referrals from various
healthcare providers, a referral is not required to see a physical
therapist in Wisconsin. However, if your insurance company
requires a referral, Point Forward can assist you in obtaining an
appropriate referral to satisfy any of their requirements.
