Dr. James Banovetz MD PhD, Point Forward Physical Therapy,
and Adventure 212° have teamed-up to provide sports
physicals.
Impact concussion tests will be available in addition.
Sports physicals will take place at Point Forward Physical
Therapy within Adventure 212° on the following dates:
June 17, 6-8 PM
August 5, 6-8 PM
August 12, 6-8 PM
August 14, 9-11 AM
August 19, 6-8 PM
Appointments will be handled either by appointment (call
254-3978) or on a first come first serve basis within the times
listed above. Cost of the physical will be $25, cash or check
only please.
