Are you getting back into working out or looking to take your workouts to the next level? Join us for one on one or small group sessions to help keep you motivated and accountable. Our number one priority is your safety and health. At Point Forward you will work with a physical therapist to develop a customized workout plan tailored to your goals and where you are at right now.
At the start of your training block we work with you to set realistic goals and help you build a foundation to reach your peak performance whether it be to jog around the block, keep up with the kids, get healthy, feel more confident, or drop some time from your next big race. We can use a variety of workout techniques in our new custom designed performance center to provide you the tools and equipment along with proper guidance to make progress without increasing your risk of injury.
